This work is carried out in close cooperation with the tourism industry, events arrangers and area universities and colleges. The department holds regular informational meetings to which potential conference arrangers in the Stockholm area are invited. In addition, the department holds presentations at trade fairs abroad, in cooperation with the various Swedish embassies.
