TERMS OF PAYMENT

According with the guide and Group Reservation office.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation must be made to the Guide and Group Reservation Office and to the guide. Cancellation fee is the same as the booking fee and is always charged no matter when the cancellation is made. In case the cancellation is made 72-48 hours prior to the start time of the assignment, you will be charged the equivalent of a Basic Fee. Cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to the start time of the assignment or No show will be billed in full for the assignment. Tours starting on a Monday must be cancelled no later than the previous Friday at noon.
IMPORTANT NOTES
VAT - The swedish VAT, presently 25 percent, has to be added in accordance with the law to the fees/charges listed above.

Invoice charges - When invoicing a client an additional Invoice charge of approximately SEK 30 may show on the guide�s invoice.

Financial Transaction Charges - Please remember that the fees/charges listed above are NET fees/charges payable to the guide. All financial transaction costs must be paid by the client. The bank�s cashing fee for foreign checks is approximately SEK 120, Swift bankfee SEK 80.

When it comes to sightseeing, groups of 45 persons or more are very large. This is felt even more so when the group is outside the bus, when a microphone is not available. For walking tours and for touring some of the sites, even 30 persons can be close to the limit. Please talk to us and we will help you to find the very best solution for your specific group.

According to the Swedish statues-book, (SFS 1960:729) taperecording is not allowed without the guides permission.
