INTRODUCTION In this calendar you will find conferences, meetings and trade fairs to be held in Stockholm as of Januray 1998. The conferences listed are of size 100 participants or more. The attendance figure stands for the estimated number of delegates - accompanying persons not included. CONGRESS STOCKHOLM Congress Stockholm provides assistance, free of charge to meeting planners interested in siting conferences and incentives in Stockholm. Congress Stockholm is the official non- profit convention bureau for Stockholm and is established within Stockholm Information Service, the official tourist organisation of the City and the County of Stockholm. Congress Stockholm holds 50 members, consisting of conference venues, restaurants, professional congress organisers, universities and colleges, transportation companies, hotels and other companies and organisations within the meeting industry of Stockholm. The calendar is updated twice a year. The information is mainly provided by Congress Stockholm's members.
